Health care big data is an important basic strategic resource of the country. It is the development direction to integrate，share and open of health care big data in China，and health information standard is the basis to support the interoperability，integration and sharing of health care big data. Based on the definition of basic concepts，this paper analyzes the policy environment of health information standardization and health care big data development，expounds the current situation and progress of China’s health information standard system and health care big data application，introduces the development process and application status of the association standard for China’s health management information in detail，and summarizes the main problems of China’s health information standard system and the development and application of health care big data. Finally，some corresponding advices are put forword based on the above analysis in order to provide reference for the further improvement of China’s health information standard system and the healthy development of health care big data.
