近年来,我国健康服务业蓬勃发展,健康管理服务相关产业初具规模。但是,快速发展带来了行业发展不平衡、不协调、不充分的特点。为规范市场行为,我国逐步在健康管理行业引入“服务认证”这一适应市场化需求的国际通行的方法,全面推动行业规范发展,提升服务能力和质量。从2018年开始,健康管理服务认证工作逐步展开。健康管理服务认证工作小组建立了健康管理服务认证组织构架、技术规范、评价体系和工作流程,通过对不同类型的健康管理服务机构进行调研,逐步完善服务认证标准与指标体系。现阶段已筛选出符合条件、有代表性的6家机构作为首批健康管理服务认证的试点机构,从医疗质量、医疗设备、医疗服务等全方位地梳理健康管理服务工作。
<<China has witnessed robust development in the health management service industry in recent years. However,rapidly expanded health management industry has shown characteristics of imbalance,uncoordinated,and under-development. To standardize market behavior,to promote service capacity and quality,and to meet market demand,service certification,an established internationally accepted method,has been pragmatically introduced into China since 2018. The health management service certification working group established the architecture,technical standards,evaluation system and workflow of the health management service certification organizations. Moreover,service certification standards and appraisal indicators have been proposed after thorough investigation of various types of health management service organizations. Six qualified and representative organizations have been chosen as the first experimental sites for health management service certification for comprehensive appraisal of medical quality,medical equipment,and medical service.
