Government integrity is the key to the construction of social credit system. The integrity level of government behavior actors plays an important role in guiding and building the integrity of other social entities. This chapter puts forward the basic characteristics of government integrity and government credit from the connotation of government integrity. At the same time，through combing the achievements and problems of the government’s credibility construction and credibility improvement，it puts forward the policy recommendations for building and improving the government credit system，including clarifying the ideological understanding，establishing the government credit supervision mechanism，strengthening the micro foundation，and building the government integrity of long-term work mechanism；strengthen theoretical research and explore the practical forms of government credit evaluation.
