The floating population in China is booming in recent years，as the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization. The Chinese government made a lot of efforts to improve housing system for solving the living problem of floating population，which include standardizing and developing rental housing market. The developed countries such as America，Germany and Japan have already established mature rental housing market during the last decades，and they have also accumulated rich experience which including institutional system，supply system，finance supporting and market administration and business model. The housing retal market in our country is still in the early stage，it would be very meaningful to study the global developed and mature housing rental markets.
