人才评价、职称评审是人才发展体制机制的重要组成部分,是人才引进、培养、使用和流动等环节的关键。本文以基于人才分类评价的北京科学传播职称的设立为研究对象,讨论北京市在科学传播人才评价、职称评审方面所做的实践探索与面临的主要问题,对如何进一步发挥科学传播人才评价、职称评审的“指挥棒”作用,加强科学传播人才队伍建设提出了改进建议。
<<Personnel evaluation and title appraisal are important components of personnel development system and mechanism,and key issues in personnel introduction,training,utilization and mobility. Taking the establishment of Beijing Professional Title of Science Communication which is based on classified evaluation of personnel as the research object,this paper discusses the practical exploration and main problems in science communication personnel evaluation and professional title appraisal in Beijing,and puts forward improvement suggestions on further giving play to the “directing” role of science communication personnel evaluation and professional title appraisal and strengthen the team building of science communication personnel.
