引入、培养及留住科普领域的专业从业人才,是中国科普事业发展的关键。本文首先聚焦科普人才引入主题,研究科普组织人才吸引力内涵及其维度构成、求职者意向、行为意愿以及科普人才队伍建设。其次,构建了科普组织吸引力的五维度模型,并基于此模型研究了按照性别、学历、专业来分类的潜在从业者的特征,研究了各维度的影响权重。最后,提出了科普组织人才队伍建设工作的建议。
<<It is an important topic in urgent need of solution to introduce,train and retain professionals during the development of science popularization in China. This research focuses on “introduction of professionals” to carry out research on the connotation and dimensional composition of the attraction of science popularization organizations,the intention and behavioral intention of job seekers,and the team building of science popularization personnel. The study finds that the attraction of science popularization organizations can be divided into social achievement value,economic security value,psychological stability value,job characteristic value,and development value. Candidates of different genders,educational backgrounds and majors share certain characteristics or show significant differences in various dimensions of the attraction of science popularization organizations. The five dimensions of attraction,which have significant positive effects on the employment willingness,are arranged in the order of decreasing impact coefficient:job characteristic value,psychological stability value,social achievement value,development value,and economic security value. Finally,based on the analysis and discussion on the findings above,suggestions are put forward for the team building of scientific popularization organizations.
