本文对中国农业大学基于“科技小院”的科普人才培养经验进行梳理,对“科技小院”产生的背景、概念、基本构成、主要工作和取得的成果进行分析,提炼出“科技小院”高层次农业科学人才培养方案和农村科普人才培养方案,总结了基于“科技小院”的科普人才培养模式的优势,并就当前高层次农业科普人才培养和农村科普人才培养面临的挑战提出有针对性的对策与建议,为高层次农业科普人才培养和农村科普人才培养提供经验借鉴。
<<In order to provide experience for the training of high-level agricultural science popularization personnel and rural science popularization personnel,this paper analyzes the experience of China Agricultural University in science popularization personnel training based on “Science and Technology Backyard”,detailing the founding background,concept,basic composition,main work,and achievements of the “Science and Technology Backyard”. The author summarizes the advantages of the Science and Technology Backyard-based science popularization personnel training mode,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions on the challenges for training of high-level agricultural science popularization personnel and rural science popularization personnel.
