高层次科普专门人才是科普人才队伍中的精尖力量，是推动科普事业创新发展的活力源泉。本报告对近年来我国高层次科普专门人才的培养现状进行了系统的梳理，对“试点工作”所取得的成果进行了详细的归纳和总结，对当前阶段“试点工作”所存在的问题及其原因进行了分析，并据此对未来我国高层次科普专门人才培养工作提出了相应的改进建议。
<<high-level science popularization professionals are elites of the science popularization personnel team and the source of vitality to promote innovative development of science popularization. This report gives a systematic analysis of the training of high-level science popularization professionals in China in recent years，summarizes the achievements of the “pilot work” in detail，analyzes the problems existing in the “pilot work” and the causes，and puts forward improvement suggestions on future training of high-level science popularization professionals in China accordingly.
