The Huixunan Ecological Economic Zone has continuously strengthened source protection，planted green advantages，and improved the system. The comprehensive economic strength has been steadily improved，the quality of the ecological environment has continued to improve，the formation of new green kinetic energy has accelerated，and the construction of ecological civilization has achieved significant results. However，due to factors such as historical debts，the economic volume of the Huixunan Ecological Economic Zone is small，the fiscal strength is weak，the income of urban and rural residents is low，the lack of large transportation such as railways，especially high-speed railways，the industrial level is low，and the industrial structure is not reasonable. These outstanding issues have still not changed fundamentally.
