本文通过对2019年中国跨文化传播系列案例的研究,提炼出中国跨文化传播创新的探索路径。研究基于4个分析维度对逾17万字的文本按照观念创新、内容创新、平台创新进行分类,最终确定12个典型案例。研究发现:观念创新主要表现为对争议话题的回应与全球议题的关注,内容创新主要表现为在人类共通情感基础上寻求文化的互融,平台创新主要表现为在技术和市场双重推动下的全球化发展。2019年跨文化传播创新实践表明,国家媒体对争议话题的跨文化沟通能力有所增强;个人化的跨文化叙事产生了强大的全球传播效应;中国文化正在通过传播创新的良好效果凸显全球倾听的可能性。中国对外传播已具备跨文化传播转向的必要性和可能性,也就是说,我们需要从文化沟通的角度去思考国际传播能力创新的路径。未来,跨文化传播不论是观念创新、内容创新还是平台创新,都需要从全球政治、经济、文化的多维视角去探索。
<<This paper aims to explore the path of China’s Innovation Practices on Intercultural Communication in 2019 by the cases study. Based on four analytical dimensions,this study classifies a text of over 170000 words according to concept innovation,content innovation,and platform innovation,and finally determines 12 typical cases. This research finds that concept innovation reflects the response to controversy and the focus on global issues,content innovation seeks cultural integration based on human common emotions,and platform innovation manifests in globalization driven by technology and market. The overall practices in 2019 show that national media’s intercultural communication skills on controversial topics have been enhanced;personalized intercultural narratives have produced strong global communication effects;Chinese culture is creating new possibility of global listening through communication innovation. China’s international communication has had the necessity and possibility to shift to intercultural communication. In other words,we need to consider the path of innovation in international communication capabilities from the perspective of communication between cultures. In the future,the concept innovation,content innovation,and platform innovation of intercultural communication all need to expand ideas and methods from multi-dimensional perspective of global politics,economy and culture.
