Beijing’s international exchange practices are diversified，multi-layered and multi-dimentional，which in turn help Beijing to take lead as the cultural center of China and strengthen the synergy of Beijing’s endeavors in fulfilling its role as “four centers”. In 2019，Beijing has hosted a large number of international exchange programs with high profiles and large scales，which further strengthened its role as the cultural center of China. In view of the international and domestic environment and the strategic development of the country，Beijing should continue to leverage both domestic and international resources and heighten the role of international exchange in its cultural development，and further step up its efforts in building the cultural center of China with a global vision.
