文创产品开发是推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化与创新性发展的生动实践。本报告在系统梳理北京市文化文物单位文创产品开发现状的基础上,通过对消费者的需求侧调查分析,就文化文物单位文创产品开发的政策与生态建设等问题提出对策建议:解决文化文物单位下属企业合法性、净利润分配与文创人员岗位合规性等问题;打通文化文物单位IP转化通道;以人才、资金、无形资产三要素为核心,完善文化文物单位文创发展生态;建设产品开发市场生态,以特展带动文创产品消费;推动文化科技融合,以整合营销传播推动文创活动发展,通过线下、线上互动引流,拓展文创渠道和传播影响力等。
