In the year of 2019，new achievements and new appearance in the field of preservation of historic city have been made and displayed to celebrate the 70^th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Progress has been made in the preservation of the old city，the preservation of the three cultural belts，the preservation and utilization of artifacts of the revolution，commemoration of the traditional cultural festivals and development of traditional cultural and creative industry. The overall preservation pattern of historic city has been constantly elevated，the ability of cultural innovation and inheritance has been continuously improved. More efforts should been delivered to establish the database of heritage resources and system of historic urban landscape，create traditional IP and apply modes of “traditional culture+” to promote industrial development.
