本报告梳理分析北京郊区公共文化基础设施分布现状，与中心城区公共文化基础设施进行比较分析，并在京郊十区之间进行比较，探讨公共文化基础设施布局的均衡性问题。北京应当在京郊人口稠密区域建设地区级文化中心，引入优秀民营文化机构，利用郊区土地优势发展差异化的博物馆，强化京郊公园的公共文化服务功能。
