In 2019，Beijing developed public cultural services to promote the integration of cultural and tourism，it also standardized the transformation of old factories into cultural spaces. Important progress has been made in the construction of cultural facilities in the suburbs of Beijing. This report summarizes Beijing’s construction of public cultural service system of 2019，and analysis the new issues. It also proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Beijing Public Cultural Services.
