The cultural construction of Beijing Sub Center is an important strategy to promote the high-quality development of the sub center and also an important part of promoting the construction of Beijing National Cultural Center. In order to create a cultural city，we need to tap the historical and cultural resources with the Grand Canal as the core，build a cultural tourism integration development zone and related cultural scenic spots，create public space and service system that can meet the high-quality cultural needs of the public，and promote the cultural integration and coordinated development of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei.
