2019年北京城市文化发展质量不断提升，在文化领域不断开拓新局面、取得新成就，以历史文化名城保护、公共文化服务体系建设、文化创意产业发展和对外文化交流传播为抓手，北京全国文化中心功能进一步强化，城市文化竞争力和影响力进一步增强。但仍需推动城市历史文化资源的创造性转化和创新性发展，不断提高公共文化服务的能力和水平，持续激发文化活力，提升文化创新能力，大力推动文创产业向高质量迈进，以及以对外文化交流传播好中国声音，提升北京文化魅力。
<<In the year of 2019，progress has been made in improving the quality of cultural development in Beijing，the construction of the national center has been continuously consolidated，new achievements and new appearance in the field of urban culture have been made and displayed，the cultural competitiveness and influences of Beijing have further strengthened. This report generalizes the new progress in cultural development in Beijing，and put forward suggestions based on the problems of cultural development.
