国际上倡导“活跃老化”,支持老年人的社会参与和就业,本文基于安徽调查数据,探讨安徽省老年人的就业选择及对其社会态度的影响。结果表明,老年人就业现状受人口统计因素的影响而有所差异,具体而言:男性、农村、离异或丧偶老年人有更高的就业率;老年人的就业率与年龄、受教育程度和家庭经济水平呈反比,与身体健康状况呈正比。老年人的就业选择显著影响其社会态度,正向影响他们的社会信任感。因此,为老年人提供劳动就业的机会、服务和保障,为老龄就业者营造良好的社会公共空间,将促成老年人的就业参与,维护社会的稳定。
<<‘Active aging’ as a global trend involves supporting the elderly in social engagement and employment. Based on survey data in Anhui,this article discusses the employment options of the elderly in the province and the impact on their social attitudes. The results show that the current employment situation of the elderly is affected by demographic factors,specifically:men,rural,divorced or widowed elderly have higher employment rates;the employment rate of the elderly is inversely proportional to the increasing age,education,and economic level of the family and directly proportional to the health conditions. The employment options of the elderly significantly affect their social attitudes and positively influence their social trust. Therefore,efforts should be made to provide employment opportunities,services and guarantees for the elderly and create a good social public space for the elderly employees so as to promote the employment participation of the elderly and safeguard social stability.
