网络消费是一种全新的消费形式,消费者和商家可以在“缺场”的状态下完成交易。随着网络技术的发展,使用互联网购物的消费者越来越多,网络消费的规模也越来越大,伴之而起的便是网络消费维权。从安徽省网络维权案例来看,诉讼产生的原因是网络制度建设滞后,具体表现为网络消费中流通环节导致的维权纠纷。本报告选取安徽省15个地级市的50个案例,基于此分析网络消费中消费者权益受损的原因,然后提出维护网络消费者和商家权益的办法,由此健全和完善网络购物环境,从而保障网络消费环境的正常和有序运行。
<<Online consumption is a brand new form of consumption,where consumers and merchants can complete transactions in the ‘physical absence’ of each other. With the development of network technology,there are more and more consumers who use Internet for shopping,and the scale of online consumption is also increasing,which is accompanied by online consumer rights protection. Judging from cases of online rights protection in Anhui Province,the reason for litigation is that the construction of the online system is lagging behind,which is specifically manifested in the rights protection disputes caused by the circulation in online consumption. This report selects 50 cases in 15 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province,and analyzes the causes of consumer rights damage in online consumption,and then proposes solutions to safeguard the rights and interests of online consumers and businesses,thereby improving and perfecting online shopping environment,and ensuring the normal and orderly operation of online consuming environment.
