The prosperity of agriculture leads to a strong basis，and a stable countryside will bring peace to the world，which means that the three agricultural issues （agriculture，rural areas and farmers） are fundamental to national economy and people’s livelihood. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that ‘rural rejuvenation strategies are the overall starting point for the work of the three agricultural issues in the new era，which has shown the direction for us to do a good job in the new era. This article begins with the current status of rural development in Anhui，analyzes prominent problems in rural development that need to be addressed，explores the causes，and according to the requirements of the rural rejuvenation strategies，puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote Anhui to national forefront regarding rural rejuvenation.
