Fangshan District ensures that district leaders are politically reliable and professionally skilled through regular collective study sessions，continuous education on work attitude，and requirements on precision investigation，as well as systematic training and a rational approach to decision-making by the district Party committee. This study has summarized the ways Fangshan District Committee uses to ensure Party leadership，including setting directions，controlling the overall situation，decision-making and implementation. The work areas covered include the construction of the Ecological and Livable Demonstration Area，the building of the Technology and Finance Innovation Park；improving the sense of happiness，security and tangible gains of the people；and implementing tasks with high quality and efficiency.
