Agricultural cooperation between China and Pakistan is progressing smoothly in the Central Plain region and has broad prospects. Making use of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Platform，we have selected Pakistan as a high-quality partner，giving full play to the functions of “local diplomacy” and “city diplomacy”，and providing international public service products，“hard strength”，“soft strength” and “smart strength” will be condensed into the “comprehensive strength” of opening-up.
