In 2010，international crude oil prices year-round present relatively stable fluctuation situation，our country crude oil output still remain steady ascend，but oil demand is still growing rapidly. Coal keeps buoyant growth trend，but there are still some system flaws. Natural gas，electrical industries were developing steadily. In 2011，China’s oil production keeps stable，but demands for crude oil import dependence will continue to increase; coal supply capacity mainly lies in the demand for coal; natural gas production and generated energy will further ascend.
