For the first 8 months of 2010 China’s foreign trade has taken on recoverable growth，import and export gross increases 40% year-on-year. In the next four months our country will face the great pressure of gas-guzzling products export surging，big energy conservation and emission reduction，and will face the challenges of international commodity prices increasing and trade costs rising. In view of China’s foreign trade operation facing more complex and changeable domestic and overseas economic environment in future，and so we suggest the foreign trade policy should maintain basic stable，put the focus on changing foreign trade development mode，based on summarizing the experience of various places and enterprises.
