In 2010，China’s economy has made a steady growth，faced to the macro-control expected direction. The market investment has not been fully recovered，and the stable foundation of sustainable economic growth has not been established. It has been finished the change from government to the market because of the impact of the economic growth power structure，but the domestic demand and the weakening of structural adjustment has not yet finished. As there will be a large drop in export growth in 2011，the economic growth is expected to be drop. Government should actively respond to dropping of the medium-term growth，and establish a foundation of sustainable growth in the long time.
