At present,there are mainly two types of organization mode of domestic Private Equity Funds (abbreviated as PE hereinafter), namely, company and limited partnership. This article makes a systematic comparative research on these two types of organization mode from 8 aspects, fully disclosing the advantages and disadvantages respectively, and clarifying some wrong opinions in practice on the organization of PE. <<
