The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta regional integration is a key regional development strategy that the country is currently focusing on. This article compares the similarities and differences between the two regions in terms of strategic goals，strategic positioning，and strategic deployment，in order to explore and analyze the experiences and practices of the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta in the process of promoting regional integration and then summaries ideas and practices that are worth studied.
