In order to ensure the leading position in the economic and technological development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，it is necessary to establish new ideas to lead the technological innovation of new energy intelligent vehicles，and actively build the long board advantage of the automobile parts industrial chain in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This paper analyzes the significance of new energy intelligent vehicle technology and building a long board advantage of auto parts industry. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the technology and industry development of the new energy intelligent vehicle and its parts in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，and the problems faced by the development of the new energy intelligent vehicle. This paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the new energy intelligent vehicle technology and industry.
