Pension industry is a concept. It is the combination of pension service and other related industries such as pension finance, pension entertainment, agedness medical care, pension tenement, pension establishment and organization, etc. This industry has a long supply chain. The current business models include family, community and organization models. We found that in developed countries many pension projects are operated by PE fund and public firms in the market. Because the legal system and policies in pension area are not mature enough, the business model of pension industry in china is mainly "project company" model, and has not changed to the model of Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs). <<
