An important progress in the development of Hunan media convergence in 2019 is the completion of the construction of county level integrated media centers. The Provincial government assigned Hunan Daily and Red Net New Media Group as the cloud platforms’ constructors for development of county level integrated media center. The formation of the competitive participation of the two constructors has brought vitality to the construction of the county level integrated media center in Hunan. The construction of the county level integrated media center in Yuhua District，Changsha City and Liuyang County-level City has become significant samples with national influence. Mango Excellent Media，represented by Mango TV，has achieved cross-border integration by bringing-in and going-out，and obtain great results. The Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industry Park integrates various elements in regional space to acquire rapid development within a short period of time，whose experience is worth to popilarize.
