Rule of administrative law in Beijing has achieved a great progress in 2019. In order to adapt to the Capital’s development strategic position，the relevant governmental authorities in Beijing has strengthened the legislation in key areas，increased the legislation quality，insisted on the best standard，proceed the construction of the government ruled by law，deepened the reform of the administrative management system，promoted a new round of the reform to streamline administration，delegate powers，and improve regulations and service，further improved the diversified dispute resolution mechanism，and accelerated the construction of a new pattern of social governance and sharing governance. The development of rule of administrative law in Beijing is bound to face more new problems and new situations in the future. It is necessary to continue to combine the characteristics and development strategies of the Capital，adhere to the problem orientation，deepen the reform of the system and mechanism，and improve the quality and efficiency of the construction of the government ruled by law.
