Based on the empirical data from July 12017 to October 302019，this paper makes a detailed analysis of the development trend of the judicial practice of procuratorial public interest litigation after the revision of the Administrative Procedure Law and the Civil Procedure Law in terms of the number of cases，the focus of handling cases，the scope of cases and the process of handling cases. This report probes into the causes of the change of procuratorial public interest litigation from the perspective of internal and external factors. On this basis，this report puts forward some suggestions to improve the procuratorial public interest litigation system from four dimensions：inside，outside，wide and deep.
