This article tries to summarize the work on youth’s marriage and love conducted by all levels of Communist Youth League organizations in recent years. In the work on the youth’s marriage and love，these organizations bring their own advantages into full play；regarding the problems like marriage and love difficulty in real life，they give play to the Communist Youth League’s coordinative role，link every aspect of social forces，and develop the positive work. Hence，this kind of work pattern has gradually evolved，namely the dominance of Communist Youth League and the systematic participation of every aspect of social forces. Meanwhile，we also sort out the related cases and work examples regarding the work on youth’s marriage and love，and discuss the difficult points in the work concerning the youth’s marriage and love. According to the findings，there exist some questions in existing work，including the narrower effective coverage in marriage and love service，the lower hand holding rate，the lack of investigation and study，the weaker pertinence of activity，the insufficient follow-up improvement. and the lack of systematic approach，etc. Based on these findings，we try to put forward several policy suggestions，namely advocating the new trend of marriage and love civilization，deeply conducting the investigation work on the youth’s marriage and love，enhancing the pertinence of activity，extending the service chain，and enlarging the coverage，etc. Hence，we could help all levels of Communist Youth League organizations to expand their work on youth’s marriage and love in the future.
