Regarding the field of youth’s marriage and love，the characteristics of law and policy are obvious. For example，the perspective of law would advocate freedom of marriage，emphasize the benefit protection towards women，children and the elders，oppose family violence；the perspective of policy would focus on the medical treatment towards spouse and children，the healthcare towards mother and infant and the solution of family house problem. These law and policy have greatly influenced and guided the youth’s willingness of marriage and love. However，due to the existence of some loopholes and shortcomings，they also induce a series of social phenomena and problems. These social phenomena and problems are related with almost every aspect of social life，including family stability，the health of family members，wealth affiliation and the transaction of house market，etc. The improvement of law and policy should pay attention to guiding the youth’s healthy view of marriage and love，advocate rational marriage，formulate the childrearing complementary measures，effectively increase the fertility rate，scientifically set the policies to restrict purchase and loan，improve the system of real estate segmentation，and confirm the norms related with betrothal gifts and couple loyalty agreement.
