The huge impact of the epidemic on the world economy and trade and the global supply chain is still in the process of complex development and evolution. Unstable factors have increased significantly，and the risks and challenges faced by China’s foreign trade development are still very severe. The downward pressure is increasing in 2020，especially for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises and labor-intensive industries.
