In recent years，Dong cheng District has made a series of new attempts in community governance led by Party building，among which Jiaodaokou Street Fuxiang community is one. This report combines the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the requirements of the central，municipal and district committees for the party building to lead community governance，and makes a case study of the practice of the party building to lead community governance in Fuxiang community from three aspects：practice and experience，problems faced and basic enlightenment，in order to provide some reference for the practice of the party building to lead community governance.
