Since the implementation of community correction has been carried out in our country，many provinces and regions of the country actively explore the working mode of effective community correction. As the first halfway house in the mainland，the existence and development of Sunshine Halfway House in Chaoyang District has undoubtedly been and will be an important research sample. The practice and effect of Halfway House have contributed a certain reference value to corrective colleagues in the past 11 years，but think about the trend and orientation of Halfway House in the context of the new era. There is no doubt that it is of greater significance to the follow-up development of the cause of correction.
