In the context of the transformation of social structure and the transition of the economic system，various contradictions and disputes in Beijing occur frequently and present new characteristics. In order to cope with increasingly complex and diverse contradictions and disputes，and to establish a harmonious and livable capital，all districts of Beijing have continued to make active attempts and explorations，which have contributed to the establishment of a multiple resolution mechanism for the contradictions and disputes in Beijing.
