According to the statistical analysis of prostitution crimes in Beijing，it is found that the age of the offenders of prostitution crimes is becoming younger，the education level is generally lower，mainly female，and the migrant population accounts for more than 94% of the total number of crimes. The organization，introduction and accommodation of prostitution accounted for the majority，while forced prostitution and the solicitation of underage girls for prostitution were less frequent. At the same time，the prostitution crimes in Beijing show the characteristics of strong concealment，tight organization，crime in different places and breaking the restrictions of places. Therefore，in order to effectively deal with the high incidence of prostitution crimes in Beijing，we should strengthen the crackdown on prostitution crimes，strengthen the network monitoring and governance，and strengthen the supervision and management of key industries.
