Social work has done a great job with its advantages in the process of helping the vulnerable children’s family and different work patterns have been shaped by the practices of different social work agencies respectively. Meanwhile，social workers are facing a series of challenges such as how to meet the developmental needs of vulnerable children，and so on. It is suggested that the feedback mechanism between the social work and the social policy should be established，etc.
