The development of Beijing’s social organizations has made great progress，showing a stable and progressive overall development pattern，mainly including four aspects：First，the relationship between government and society has gradually formed a win-win situation in which “government supervision” and “social vitality” promote each other；Second，professional development has gradually formed a four-in-one development pattern of “basic services”，“professional services”，“development services” and “innovative services”；Third，the organizational ecology has initially shown an organic and coordinated organizational ecology with the hub institutions as the glue，and the “government”，“enterprise”，and “social organization” embedded with each other；Fourth，a functional pattern of “social service” and “innovative governance” has been formed in terms of effectiveness.
