有关煤炭进口中的较为深层次的问题，目前学术界涉足的较少，这是因为煤炭的大规模进口是最近几年才发生的事，对这一问题的研究也刚刚开始。由于中国近几年的煤炭进口规模庞大，突然间改变世界煤炭贸易格局，中国煤炭进口的可持续性问题也就很快凸显出来，因此对这一问题的研究具有重大战略意义。正因为如此，本书着重研究煤炭进口的可持续性问题，并对建立和完善国外煤炭进口国别体系进行战略性分析。
<<At present, there are few academic circles involved in the deeper problems of coal import. This is because the large-scale import of coal happened in recent years, and the research on this problem has just begun. Due to the huge scale of China's coal import in recent years, suddenly changing the world coal trade pattern, the sustainability of China's coal import will soon become prominent, so the research on this issue is of great strategic significance. Because of this, this book focuses on the sustainability of coal import, and makes strategic analysis on the establishment and improvement of foreign coal import country system.
