The Outline of the Development Plan for The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council puts forward the concepts of “building an open regional collaborative innovation community” and “building a modern industrial system with international competitiveness”. Regional resource integration and regional integration development have become the general trend of the competitive development of cities and regions around the world. Yuexiu district，Hong Kong and Macao are dominated by the service industry，and the industrial structure is highly similar. At present，urban development is faced with the urgent need of industrial internal structure adjustment，transformation and upgrading to high-end development. Promoting industrial collaboration is both the general trend and the inherent requirement. Based on Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s historical opportunity for development，combined with their own characteristics and advantages，focused on the service sector in the industrial cooperation. This paper in-depth analysis of the status，condition，and the problem，and combines the experiences of the world’s three big bay area and large domestic economic area，puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions in five aspects：financial，culture，science and technology，tourism and people’s livelihood for Yuexiu district to promote industrial cooperation development with Hong Kong and Macao in the future.
