In order to implement the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，we carried out the development strategy of Guangzhou Transport Hub. It reviews the current characteristics and existing problems of urban transportation hubs，in response to the opportunities and challenges，a specialized Guangzhou transportation hub model was constructed to make qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the analysis，the development strategy puts forward an overall target：“Important Global Hub”，and makes several measures around the target，including three aspects：facility construction，land use coupling，and institutional mechanisms，and effectively played a role in supporting the goal of building a world-class city group in the Bay Area.
