This study introduces the progress of Macau legal reformation made in 2008/2009 year，and the enactment and amendment of legislation surrounding the implement of Basic Law which fills the gaps of current laws，improves defects of relevant laws and faces economic and civil problems caused by global financial tsunami.It analysis the requirements of legal reformation coming from the Macau society in the past ten years after foundation，examines different opinions of legal reformation and relevant reasons.It further proposes two basic questions worthy of rethinking.It envisages the key issues of Macau legal reformation in the coming 2009/2010 year，emphasis the importance of adjusting the current legal reformation mechanism and legal personnel training system in order to fulfill the legal reformation objectives.
