“Government-Society Relationship” is one of the most important relationship in any area and country in the world.It’s the key factor which not only affects the whole pattern and way of life but also every part of local politics，economy and society.To Macau SARS，2009 is an important year.This paper defines which Government and Society and their relationship means before reviewing the history of the “government-society relationship” development in Macau SARS.Then the paper reveals that the Macau SARS government got new Pressure from the society after it did a lot of measures to improve its relationship with society.At the end of this paper，it get the conclusion that if the new government in Macau SARS need to depend on different power in society and make institutions and law system better if it wants to improve its relationship with local society.
