随着新媒体的发展,社交媒体被广泛普及和应用。与此同时,传播方式也发生了翻天覆地的变化,现代传播技术给现存的版权保护制度带来了巨大的挑战,如何在新媒体环境下加强对版权保护的治理成为社会发展的重要议题。本文采用文献分析法、案例分析法,并以传播学理论作为基础,以国内最为火热的社交平台——“两微一抖”(即微信、微博、抖音)为案例,从传播学角度分析在新媒体时代下社交媒体的版权侵权的现状并分析其原因,分析社交媒体上版权保护的现状和问题,并为社交媒体的版权保护提出了相应的策略。

Modern communication technologies have brought huge challenges to the existing copyright protection system. How to strengthen the governance of copyright protection in the new media environment has become an important issue for social development. This article uses the literature analysis method,case analysis method,and combination of communication theory as the basis. The most popular social platform in WeChat,Weibo,Tiktok as a case study,from communication science Analyze the current situation of copyright infringement of social media in the new media era and analyze its causes,analyze the status and problems of copyright protection on social media,and propose corresponding strategies for the protection of copyright in social media.
