本文以10款移动阅读App为主要研究对象，详细考察了其用户的个人信息安全状况。研究发现，App平台信息收集行为，信息开放、共享行为以及平台本身安全状况是危及用户个人信息安全的重要因素。而社会规范不足、数据价值属性凸显、数据权属不清、企业违规成本低以及相关部门监管不力是当前用户个人信息安全状况堪忧的深层次原因。

Further more，Insufficient social norms，prominent data value attributes，unclear data ownership，low cost of corporate violations，and poor supervision by relevant departments are the deep-seated reasons for the current state of personal information security.
