新媒体技术的日新月异使社会责任履行中不断面临新形势和新挑战,如技术伦理嵌入新媒体内容生产分发流程,新媒体的责任边界被消解和重构,新技术使得用户数据和隐私出现新问题。在此情况下,应发挥国家、行业、平台以及用户的能动性,从自身角度出发,推动新媒体更好地履行社会责任。研究对7类121个新媒体平台进行了社会责任评价,发现2019年新媒体社会责任履行情况属于中等水平。本报告在2019年对评价指标体系进行了调适,在三级指标的微观表现上,目标对象平台的表现优于以往。
<<With the rapid development of new media technology,the social responsibility of new media is facing new situation and new challenges:technical ethics is embedded in the production and distribution process of media content,the responsibility boundary of new media is eliminated and reconstructed and the problems of user data and privacy are emerging as new technology advancing. Facing the challenges,state,industry,platforms and users should exert fully subjective initiative and promote new media to better fulfill their social responsibilities from their own perspectives. In 2019,the performance of social responsibility of new media is at a medium level,with an average score of 2.496563 (scoring rate of 49.93%) for the seven types of platforms. With the evaluation index system has been adjusted in 2019,the performance of the target object platforms are better than previous in the third-level indicators
