2019年短视频平台为政务新媒体创新传播形态、拓展传播效果发挥了有力的推动作用,是政务新媒体传播的重要形式,本文以政务短视频为研究切入点,分别从行政级别和行业系统两个类别着手,依托抖音和快手两大短视频社交平台,选取其中传播力、影响力排名靠前的政务账号进行数据分析,探讨政务新媒体中的短视频形式在不同行政级别和不同行业系统的表现形式、传播特征和不足之处,进而提出找准职能定位、加强作品创新,强化互动机制、重视用户体验,扩大平台范围、建立传播矩阵,借力政策扶持、优化内容管控等建议。
